i just baught a batterd up old praktica camera thats "older than me"- so said the clerk at the photo shop (and he was at least 45, and i'm being kind...)
its all manual, has an f# 1.8-16 50mm prime lens and the most beautifull cranking sound when you wind up the next frame...

i took almost 2 rolls worth of pictures, and the results will only be available in 2 days...

but its beautiful, and heavy. and weight is sign of reliability! if it dosent work, you can always throw it at him...

i need to find a nice soft flashbulb for it and maybe sew a case for it on my free time here in camp (i'm still working at the summer camp, my flight to peru is in one week...)

i hope i'll get some good results with it!
